A memorial for Andy was set up at BHP Spence Mine. Andy was the chairman of the Review Board and had been working on review of the design and early construction of this tailings dam for the last 10 years until he passed away. His input was appreciated by the client.
Now Andy will be able to keep watch over the construction of this structure in the next 20+ years.
